These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through L&F Scoops. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Product Information

All items sold through our mystery scoops are selected at random. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual items may vary.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are shown in GBP. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issues or other legitimate concerns.

5. Payments

Payments must be made at checkout. We do not store customer payment details.

6. Shipping

We ship within the UK only using Royal Mail. Dispatch typically occurs within 2–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail’s service.

7. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or offer refunds for faulty items.
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, dissatisfaction with random selection, or duplicate items.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery regarding any faults. Returned items must be approved before sending back. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty.

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us. We will investigate with Royal Mail and assist where possible. Refunds or replacements may depend on Royal Mail’s delivery status.

9. Accuracy of Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your information to process your order and provide customer support. We do not share customer details with third parties, except as necessary for delivery or payment processing.
