UK-Only Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Method

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.

Shipping Cost

A flat shipping rate of £2.99 applies to all orders, regardless of size.

Processing & Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days
(Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Please note:

• Working days do not include weekends or holidays.

• During busier periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we always aim to send orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, Royal Mail typically delivers within 2–4 working days, depending on their service times.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us and we will look into this for you.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders that are sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
