Refund Policy

Refund Policy – L&F Scoops

At L&F Scoops, every scoop is hand-picked with care. Because our products are mystery-based and chosen at random, we offer refunds only in specific circumstances outlined below.

1. Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may request a refund or replacement.

To do this, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the faulty or damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will issue either:

  • A replacement of the faulty item, or

  • A refund for the faulty item only

2. Returns Requirements

If we request the item to be returned, it must be:

  • Returned in its original condition

  • Sent back within 14 days of approval

  • Packaged securely to prevent further damage in transit

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty.

3. No Refunds for Mystery Items

Because our scoops are mystery-based and each bead represents a random item, we do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Receiving duplicate items

  • Preference for certain colours or styles

  • Dissatisfaction with the random selection

  • Items that were not faulty

All products shown online are examples only — actual items may vary.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been posted, cancellation is no longer possible.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us.
We will investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a suitable outcome depending on their delivery status.

6. Incorrect Delivery Details

We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

Please ensure your address is accurate before completing your order.
